Sentinels have managed a 2-2 record over the first three weeks of play, having beaten Cloud9 (2-1) and LOUD (2-0) in the first two weeks, and lost both of their Week 3 games against 100 Thieves (1-2) and G2 Esports (1-2).
Even though Sentinels had to admit defeat to 100T and G2, they still showed some fight and came very close to sweeping G2, ending the game with 13-11 on Breeze, 10-13 on Lotus, and 8-13 on Split.
Sentinels have emerged as a competitive upper-middle-table team with bite and are capable of challenging VCT Americas’ top teams. So facing a bottom-tier squad like KRU should not present much of a challenge.
