Botosani Solid at Home
Botosani are having a rough time in the new Liga I season, securing just 14 points in 14 rounds and currently sit in the lower half of the table (13th place).
A big majority of those points were earned in front of the home crowd, having three wins, two draws and one defeat. After earning three straight wins against Csikszereda 1-0, Sepsi 5-0 and UTA Arad 2-0, they lost to Petrolul 3-1 in late October.
Botosani locked horns against the reigning champions Universitatea Craiova on the road last weekend and despite a 2-1 loss left a solid impression, Stefan Bodisteanu finding the net.
Otelul Winless Since August
Otelul had a rough start to the new season too and quickly sacked Croatian head manager Stjepan Tomas, replacing him with Rui Duarte but things haven't improved at all since his arrival.
The Galati side returned from the international break with a 1-0 loss to Steaua, followed by a 1-1 home draw against another table struggler Csikszereda and a 4-3 road loss to Farul Constanta.
Last weekend they hosted Sepsi and barely snatched a point in a 1-1 draw, Nuno Pedro converting a penalty in the 95th minute.

Botosani will most likely be without striker Jovan Markovic who suffered a minor knock. Andrei Dumiter is their top performer this season with seven goals and one assist.
As for the visitors, central-back Ne Lopes has suffered a serious ligament injury and won't be available for a while. Milen Zhelev is also out until December due to meniscus injury, while Andrezinho is doubtful.
