Ollie Watkins came off against Salzburg with a hamstring problem. Unai Emery confirmed that the striker is a doubt for Brentford and said, “We will test him. Hopefully, we are thinking that is not a lot. I don't know if he will be available for Sunday."

Midfielder Mikkel Damsgaard and defender Kristoffer Ajer are injury doubts. Keith Andrews was unsure of the pair’s availability for Sunday and said, “Whether they'll be available for the weekend or not, I'm not entirely sure, but if they're not, they won't be far off.”
