Chelsea have a 78-60 advantage against Everton, alongside 57 draws.

Everton Concede in Most Home Games

Everton have been leaky recently, conceding at least once in 10 of their last 12 in all competitions. David Moyes’ side have also seen BTTS in eight of those matches.

The Toffees have seen 18 goals in their last seven home games. They were winless in seven on Merseyside, conceding 11, before beating Burnley 2-0 in the Premier League.

Moyes’ outfit couldn’t build momentum after the Burnley win and lost 2-0 at Arsenal. Everton had 1.05-2.7 XG and conceded twice in the final 10 minutes.

Chelsea’s Defence is Poor

Chelsea’s form has declined recently after just one win in their last seven outings. The London side have seen 25 goals during that run, conceding 15.

The Blues are winless in four consecutive games in all competitions, starting with a 2-2 draw at Wrexham. Three defeats followed, including a 5-2 away loss at PSG and a 1-0 home defeat to Newcastle.

Liam Rosenior’s outfit were comfortably beaten 3-0 at home by PSG on Tuesday. Chelsea were 2-0 down after just 15 minutes and conceded a third in the second period.

Trevoh Chalobah took a heavy challenge against PSG and is also out with a foot injury. Liam Rosenior confirmed that the defender will face a spell on the sidelines and said,

"It's still a serious injury but we're looking at a period of six weeks, which is disappointing but from where we were a couple of days ago, straight after the game, we are in a better place than we thought."

Verdict

Everton struggle to keep the goals out at the Hill Dickinson Stadium and Chelsea are very high-scoring away. It’s worth sticking with Premier League goals in this encounter.
