Hull Have Impressed on Their EPL Return

Newly promoted Hull have started the 2026/27 Premier League season in strong form. The Tigers are eighth in the table after losing just once in five matches.

Sergej Jakirovic’s side went unbeaten in their first four games. Hull beat Man United 2-0 and drew 0-0 with Aston Villa at home either side of a 1-0 win at Coventry.

The Tigers also held Chelsea to a 2-2 away draw. Mohamed Belloumi scored twice and Hull allowed -1 XG.

The Humberside outfit’s unbeaten run ended with a 2-1 loss at Newcastle. Hull conceded twice in the opening seven minutes, hit back with 1.59 XG, and Mohamed Cho scored in the second half.

Everton Are Premier League Draw Specialists

David Moyes’ Everton are seventh in the Premier League table. The Merseiders are one of four teams that are undefeated in the 2026/27 campaign.

The Toffees started the new season with a 2-0 home win over Crystal Palace. Three consecutive draws followed against Bournemouth 1-1, Man United 2-2 and Tottenham 0-0.

Everton maintained their unbeaten start to the new campaign by defeating Ipswich 1-0 at home. Thierno Barry scored in the 11th minute and the Toffees had just two shots on target.
