Brighton are expected to dominate in their upcoming Conference League match against Jablonec, who have struggled to impress this season. Predictions point towards a high-scoring contest, favouring a Brighton win with over 2.5 and potentially over 3.5 total goals. Recommended bets include Brighton Win & Over 2.5 Goals at 1.75 odds (2 units) and Over 3.5 Goals at 2.38 odds (1 unit).

Back-to-Back Jablonec Defeats

Jablonec are in patchy form and have failed to win in seven of their last 10 in all competitions.

The Czech side were winless in two after a 2-0 loss at Sparta Prague and a 1-1 home draw with Zin. The Green and Whites hit back with 1-0 victories against Dukla Prague and Brno.

Lubos Kozel’s side lost 3-2 at Freiburg in the Conference League on Thursday. Jablonec were outplayed, facing 23 shots and nine on target.

Another 3-2 defeat followed in the Czech Chance Liga against Plzen. Kozel’s team were 3-0 down after 53 minutes, had 3.32 XG and Dusan Pavlovic scored in the second period.

Brighton Win Games and Create Chances

Fabian Hurzeler’s Brighton are in top form this season and have lost just once in their previous 11 matches.

The Seagulls lost 4-3 at Chelsea and drew 1-1 at Leeds before a six-match winning streak. Brighton sealed away victories at Coventry 5-0, Man United 3-2 and Sunderland 2-0 in that period.

The Sussex team continued their strong run of form with a 4-0 Conference League home win against Kauno Zalgiris. Brighton had 4.15-0.05 XG and 35 shots.

Hurzeler’s outfit also thumped rivals Crystal Palace 5-0 on Sunday. Diego Gomez, Yasin Ayari, Charalampos Kostoulas and Jack Hinshelwood scored and Brighton dominated with 2-0.77 XG.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

Jablonec (4-2-3-1): Jan Hanus; Martin Cedidla, Nemanja Tekijaski, Dusan Pavlovic, Jiri Slama; Sebastian Nebyla, Richard Sedlacek; Vakhtang Chanturishvili, Saidou Alioum, Matej Polidar; Antonin Rusek

Attackers Lamin Jawo and Kevin-Prince Milla are injured. Midfielder Jan Suchan is also injured and won’t feature.

Brighton (4-2-3-1): Bart Verbruggen; Costinha, Luka Vuskovic, Michael Svoboda, Jaouen Hadjam; Pascal Gross, Malick Yalcouye; Matt O'Riley, Jack Hinshelwood, Ibrahim Osman; Georginio Rutter

Attackers Evan Ferguson, Stefanos Tzimas, Kaoru Mitoma, Yankuba Minteh, Zadok Yohanna and Femi Azeez are sidelined with injuries. Defender Pascal Struijk is also unavailable due to a thigh problem.

Mats Wieffer is expected to return to the squad following a recent knee injury. Fabian Hurzeler hoped the defender would be available for Jablonec and said there “will definitely be an option where we see him taking part in the game."

Verdict

Jablonec are unconvincing this season and Brighton know how to control matches and score goals. Another high-scoring Seagulls’ win is tipped in the Conference League.
