Minnesota head back out on the road having improved their record to 4-0 last weekend with another one-score win.

The Vikings made an ideal start to the season as they blew out division rivals Green Bay at home, winning 39-22.

The offense has failed to reach those scoring heights since then, but that has not stopped Kevin O’Connell’s team from maintaining their unbeaten record.

Minnesota ground out a 9-3 victory in Chicago, before heading to Tampa Bay to down the Buccaneers, 23-16.

The Vikings then made it four-in-a-row last weekend, as they registered a 15-10 victory over Miami.

New Orleans Saints 1-3 Following Back-To-Back Defeats

New Orleans enter this matchup having shown promise on offense, but having lost three of their first four games of the season.

The Saints kicked off the campaign on the road and pushed Detroit to the limit before losing 31-30 to the Lions in overtime.

They rebounded a week later to get off the mark with a 24-17 success in Baltimore, but they have been unable to build on that win.

New Orleans’ home opener ended in disappointment, as they were beaten 35-27 by Las Vegas.

That became back-to-back home losses for the Saints last weekend, as they were blown out by Atlanta at the Superdome, losing 45-24.

Minnesota’s offense has hardly set the league alight in recent weeks, but the defense has been outstanding and is a massive reason why they were 4-0.

That unit is likely pose problems for Shough all day long in this one, helping the Vikings take their record to 5-0.
