Panathinaikos Hoping to Rejoin the Top Race
Despite being viewed as one of the main contenders to go deep this season, Panathinaikos have lacked consistency in the EuroLeague and currently sit 8th in the standings with a 13-8 record.
Their double-round week started poorly with a shocking 87-74 home defeat to Milano, where PAO managed just 31 points in the second half and shot a worrying 16/38 on two-point attempts. Juan Hernangomez tried to keep them afloat with 17 points and seven rebounds, while Kendrick Nunn struggled badly, finishing with just 10 points on inefficient shooting.
