Paris vs Monaco Game 5 Live Stream & Tips – Who Will Win the French LNB?
Monaco have displayed greater consistency throughout the series, positioning themselves as favorites rather than underdogs in the decisive Game 5. Paris, conversely, have struggled to perform under high-pressure situations. The key recommendation is to back Monaco with a +5.5 handicap, as their steady form and mental toughness on the road make them the more reliable pick for this matchup.

Match Preview
Game 5 arrives with everything still on the line, as both sides have traded momentum throughout a tightly contested French LNB Finals series. Who will emerge victorious on Wednesday and lift this prestigious trophy?
Paris Wasted Their First Match Point
Paris opened the finals with a 95-91 victory against Monaco in mid-June, producing a massive fourth-quarter comeback and winning the final period 28-15. Hifi stepped up once again and finished as the standout performer with 23 points.
Turnovers were the biggest issue in Game 2 though, committing 17 total and allowing Monaco to control the tempo despite winning the rebounding battle 39-31. Hifi remained productive with 20 points and eight assists.
Paris regained control of the series on the road with an 88-77 victory on Friday, having great two-point selection and numbers of 20/35. Lamar Stevens delivered an outstanding performance with 24 points.
They stood no chance in Game 4 on Sunday, entering the final quarter with a 28-point deficit but managing to reduce it slightly, 84-96 being the final score.
Monaco Responding Well
Monaco had a nine-point advantage heading into the final quarter in Game 1 against Paris but completely lost defensive control and ended up losing 95-91. Alpha Diallo delivered a strong performance with 21 points and eight rebounds, but it was not enough to protect the lead.
They responded and tied the series thanks to a 102-90 victory in Game 2 last week, mainly due to an excellent start and first quarter where they built a 28-15 lead and never looked back. Diallo topped the charts once again with 22 points while shooting 9/13 from the field.
Their consistency problems continued in Game 3 where they were favored to beat Paris in front of the home crowd but suffered an 88-77 defeat, collapsing in the final quarter (16-30). Main reasons behind the loss were poor free throw shooting of 10/21 and awful paint control (32-44 rebounds).
Monaco produced a strong response in Game 4, cruising to a deserved 96-84 win last weekend. Matthew Strazel delivered an outstanding performance with 20 points, nine assists and five rebounds.
Verdict
Monaco have shown more consistency across the series in my opinion and I don’t view them as underdogs in Game 5. Paris struggle more under pressure, so I will back the visitors with a +5.5 handicap.
