Continuing the tote theme into soccer. Interbet offers several different markets in this area, ranging from Soccer 1 up to Soccer 13. Each game is different and so are the minimum stakes. Definitely worth browsing through, as it could mean a better payout than betting on traditional markets.
The soccer zone is where all of the leagues, cups and other tournaments are found. The menu is headed by the Champions League, Europa League and European elite, as well as international events like the AFCON qualifiers and UEFA Nations League. In total there are over 100 different competitions from 40 countries. However, market depth is lacking throughout in comparison to other leading betting sites. Top level matches offer just over 30 betting opportunities such as match result, odd/even goals, correct score, BTTS, total goals, HT/FT, and first team to score. However, it is the huge range of totepools that make Interbet’s horse racing coverage stand out the most. These not only include local tracks but also International totes from the UK and France among other countries. The types of pools open are: Jackpot, Pick 6, Place Accumulator, Exacta, Quartet, Trifecta, All To Come, Double, Pick 3 and Swinger.
Soccer is by far the most popular sport for online betting, but there’s a wide variety of other stuff to keep all bettors interested. Interbet’s prices could be a bit more generous. Having compared a few random games, it was a little off the pace compared to Sportingbet. However, you do have tote betting and the exchange that are worth checking out to see if you can get a little more value for money.

However, George doesn’t think Napoli will win, so he does a ‘lay’ against them. So, effectively Robert is betting against George - not against Interbet. Website/Usability
The web platform is rather old-school compared to some of the more modern betting sites. The home screen gives you an overview of the different parts of the site such as tote betting, live betting, lotto draws and the different sports, but it doesn’t display any markets to instant engage punters.
The head menu makes navigation supremely easy. You have sections for tote, horse racing, soccer and sports. It does get a little clumsy when search through the various soccer leagues as you have to keep returning back to the main hub page to view alternative matches. A breadcrumb type system would make things much smoother in our experience.
Your bet slip offers singles and multiples. As you add selections, it automatically sorts the bet types for you. There is a default stake of R10.00 inserted, which you can keep or change before placing the bet.

There isn’t an Interbet mobile app to download but it does offer a purpose built mobile betting platform: https://interbet.mobi. It has a straightforward interface with a menu containing tote, in-play, numbers (lotto) and then each sports category. The buttons are nice and chunky and the different markets are neatly laid out to give you an overview of what’s available for each match. To place a bet, just click on the selection, or selections, you want. You’ll see the word ‘bet slip’ flash to show a bet has been added.
