Las Vegas Raiders 2-0 Heading Into Week 3

Las Vegas go out on the road for the second week in a row aiming to maintain a 100% record.

The Raiders kicked off the campaign at home, and made the most of that as they beat Miami 27-13 to get off to a winning start.

They then built on that victory in their road opener, as they travelled to SoFi Stadium to knock off the Los Angeles Chargers, 26-14.

Quarterback Kirk Cousins went 19/29 for 253 yards, three touchdowns and an interception, with Tre Tucker catching five of those balls for 119 yards and a score.

Ashton Jeanty struggled to get the ground game going though, as he finished with 48 yards off 21 carries.

New Orleans Saints Out To Build On 1st Win

New Orleans enter their home opener having rebounded from a Week 1 defeat with victory last weekend.

The Saints opened the season with a trip to Detroit to face the Lions, and came up just short as they were beaten 31-30 in overtime.

They put that behind them last weekend though, as they travelled to Baltimore to take down the Ravens, 24-17.

Quarterback Tyler Shough went 27/34 for 252 yards and a touchdown, while also adding 23 yards and a score on the ground.

Chris Olave led the receivers with 86 yards and a score, while Travis Etienne and Alvin Kamara combined for just 40 yards as the run game spluttered.

Verdict

Both teams are off to a perfect start, but we are sold more on New Orleans than Las Vegas.

That victory over Baltimore raised a few eyebrows, and the Saints can build on that success with victory in their home opener.
