Betsson Football Betting Tips
As with practically all major sportsbooks, football has the most betting options at Betsson. The Champions League, the English Premier League, Serie A, and the Bundesliga are among the most popular competitions. National and international tournaments such as the Copa America, World Cup, and Europa League are also featured heavily. There is pre-match betting, live in-play options, and plenty of outrights for future competitions.
At first glance there doesn’t appear to be many countries to choose from under the football category. That’s because options such as Asia, Europe, and South America have many national leagues hidden behind them. There is a great depth of choice here, with Germany, for example, having over 20 different professional and amateur leagues.
The market depth is very impressive here too, with the big Premier League games having over 250 available markets. This drops to around 70 at the National League level, but that’s still a very respectable amount of choice.
There is also a ‘football specials’ option, which has a number of wagers relating to awards, managers, trophies, and transfers. These are mostly outrights such as ‘how many trophies will Liverpool win this year’ and ‘who will be the next Premier League manager to leave their post’.
Betsson Tennis Betting Tips
You’ll find tennis second on the list under the ‘most popular’ heading in the sidebar. All the major tournaments are covered from the ATP, WTA, ITF, and Challenger competitions. There are also international options for the Davis Cup and Fed Cup.
The big tournaments such as Wimbledon and the French Open will have the most market depth. Overall there is a good amount of choice across the board, with most singles matches having around 10-15 markets. Even some doubles matches, where we usually only see the main match outcomes, have 10 or more markets here.
Other Sports
Basketball, ice hockey, and American football are also featured under the ‘most popular’ heading at Betsson.
Basketball has a good selection of options including NCAA college matches, the Euroleague, and the 3x3 FIBA world tour. Big matches will have around 20 available markets, but in the less popular leagues this will drop to single figures.
Ice hockey has a much better selection than basketball with 18 countries to choose from and international options too. Many countries have multiple leagues available, such as Sweden and Germany. Popular matches have around 30 markets, however there are no individual player markets. Most of the wagers relate to the number of goals scored in each period.
The American football category covers the NFL, CFL, and NCAA matches. The NFL obviously has the most market depth with over 80 per game, while NCAA college matches have around 20. The CFL games only have around 10 markets, but they cover all the main match outcomes and the points spread.
We wanted to see how well Betsson had priced its wagers, so we compared a random sample of bets. As you can see from the table below, Betsson appears to be offering very competitive odds. This is only a small selection of wagers, however, so it may not reflect the Betsson sportsbook as a whole.

Betsson Live Betting
The ‘livebet’ tab in the header menu will display all the in-play betting options. The available sports are listed along the top, and clicking any of those will bring up the appropriate matches. As the prices fluctuate you will see the odds boxes flash either green or red to signify the odds improving or decreasing.
Clicking of the match link of any game will open a new column on the right of the screen with all the available markets. From here you can select the ‘match’ tab, which has some live stats, or the ‘visual’ tab, which has a graphical match tracker. There is also the ‘streaming’ tab, which will display the live stream of the match if it is available.
Betsson Website & Login
The Betsson website is very user-friendly. At first glance it looks like there is a lot going on on each page, but the layout is very clean. All the headings, betting options, and information is neatly arranged and categorised so you can easily distinguish what you’re looking at. You can also minimise the sidebar so there is more room for the betting options on-screen, which is a nice touch.
The layout is very similar to the classic three-column design of many top sportsbooks, so it will feel very familiar if you’ve ever used an online bookmaker before. If this is your first time, it won’t take you long to learn the ropes here.
