LGD Gaming vs LNG Esports Betting Tips – LNG Esports Look Poised To Defeat LGD in LPL 2026 Split 1
LNG Esports are set to face LGD Gaming in a highly anticipated rematch during the third week of the LPL 2026 Split 1. LNG previously bested LGD with a 2-1 victory, emphasizing their dominance in the group. While LGD is a top contender on paper, their recent inconsistent performances raise doubts about their capacity to challenge LNG. LNG remains undefeated in the series and leads Group Nirvana decisively. This match is slated as LNG's game to lose, solidifying their position as favorites.

While LGD and LNG are two of the top teams in Group Nirvana, LNG have looked much better over the last four games. They stomped OMG and Ultra Prime, and played a clean game against LGD Gaming last time out.
While LNG have been rolling through the group, LGD Gaming have not been as clean. They recently lost to OMG and nearly lost to Ultra Prime – who are arguably the league's weakest team.
While LGD Gaming look solid on paper, their performances on the Summoner's Rift leave a lot to be desired.

- LNG Esports are Group Nirvana's strongest team
- A 2-0 sweep for LNG is likely

LGD Gaming Are Not Convincnig
LGD Gaming are 2-2 three weeks into the season. They lost to LNG Esports and Oh My God in the second week, and picked up two wins against Ultra Prime, including one on Wednesday.
Seeing LGD Gaming lose to OMG is worrying, and it makes it hard to trust LGD to deliver when it matters. It does not help that they needed three maps to defeat Ultra Prime in their last outing. It is also worth noting that UP actually had a chance to win it all.
After back-and-forth maps one and two, map three looked pretty good for Ultra Prime, who also had a solid composition for the state of the game. But they lost a key teamfight, then Baron, and the game.
LGD Gaming edged out a win, but the fact that they struggled against an inferior team is worrying.

LNG Esports Are Group Nirvana's Top Dogs
LNG Esports are set to finish Group Nirvana in the top spot, which is hardly shocking. They've won all four games played this split, which includes 2-0 sweeps of Oh My God (twice), Ultra Prime, and LGD Gaming.
In all four games, LNG were the clear better team and never looked in danger of losing. They were especially convincing in their wins against UP and OMG, which does not tell a lot, but it proves that LNG can take care of business when faced with a weaker team.
LNG have actually produced some of the cleanest wins in the league, granted, some of it has to do with the simple fact that they are much better than any other team in Group Nirvana.

Verdict
LNG Esports defeated LGD Gaming last time out, and there is little to suggest that the rematch will end any differently. LNG have been stomping Group Nirvana with ease, and even their last clash with LGD was a very one-sided affair – regardless of what the 2-1 score would suggest.
LGD Gaming are likely going to end the group stage in the top two, but their unconvincing performances against OMG and Ultra Prime recently do not inspire much confidence.
LNG Esports are priced as favourites and rightly so. This is their game to lose.
