The upcoming League of Legends Pro League (LPL) match between Top Esports and Anyone's Legend sees the latter favored to win. Top Esports has faced early challenges, managing only one win, lacking the consistency needed to challenge top teams. Meanwhile, Anyone's Legend has demonstrated stability, even in their losses to strong teams like JD Gaming and Bilibili Gaming. This encounter marks the first of the season for these teams, and it’s crucial for Anyone's Legend to secure a victory to prove their status as an elite team.

Top Esports vs Anyone's Legend Predictions

Top Esports and Anyone's Legend will cross swords on Saturday, January 24, in the second week of League of Legends Pro League (LPL) 2026 Split 1 in their first clash of the season.

Anyone's Legend enter this match as favourites, which sounds right. Even though Top Esports has solid pieces, they've looked pretty bad in the first four games and don't seem ready to take on one of the league's top dogs.

Admittedly, Anyone's Legend have had their wrinkles, but they are far more stable than Top Esports, who are suffering and seem like they need more time to gain traction.

  • Both teams have been struggling
  • Top Esports have been struggling with macro
  • Anyone's Legend look better equipped

Top Esports Have Yet To Find Traction

Top Esports have had issues this split but found some momentum at the start of Week 2, when they beat Weibo Gaming.

Despite that win, TES have looked mostly bad this season, except for the one game where they performed well, granted against another struggling team.

This wasn't the case in Top Esports' recent loss to Invictus Gaming. The game was complete chaos, and while IG deserved the win, it's hard to make much from the match.

Top Esports Squad & Team News

No changes for Top Esports.

  • Lim "Soboro" Seong-min – top lane
  • Yan "Wei" Yangwei – jungle
  • Song "Rookie" Eui-jin – mid lane
  • Ying "Photic" Qishen – ADC
  • Tian "Meiko" Ye – support
  • Sun "Jwei" Junwei – support

Anyone's Legend Should Not Be Underestimated

Anyone's Legend are 2-2, which is not the best position to be in. However, it is fair to argue that they're still an elite team, up with Bilibili Gaming.

So far, Anyone's Legend have beaten Invictus Gaming (2-0), lost to Bilibili Gaming (1-2), and JD Gaming (1-2), and bounced back with a 2-0 sweep of the unconvincing Weibo Gaming.

On paper, AL have beaten only two weak teams, but they performed well even in the losses. So early in the season, some volatility is to be expected, and Anyone's Legend's results perfectly reflect it.

Anyone's Legend Squad & Team News

Anyone's Legend have not announced any new changes.

  • Li "Flandre" Xuanjun – top lane
  • Lee "Tarzan" Seung-yong – jungle
  • Cui "Shanks" Xiaojun – mid lane
  • Wang "Hope" Jie – ADC
  • Kim "Kael" Jin-hong – support

Verdict

While neither team have impressed this split, Anyone's Legend have produced higher highs. Like Top Esports, they've been very up-and-down, with some excellent and others, less impressive performances.

However, even in their losses to JDG and Bilibili Gaming, Anyone's Legend showed good things. Top Esports' only memorable performance came against Weibo Gaming, and even there, they failed to show anything noteworthy.

This is a must-win match for Anyone's Legend, as they take on TES, who seem like they need more time.
