EDward Gaming produced a very promising run at VALORANT Masters London, where they placed third. But things haven’t been going as well for them since.
IN the first round of the Esports World Cup, they lost against BBL Esports (1-2), failing to keep up on Ascent and Sunset. The Chinese outfit then bounced back with a much more promising performance against Rex Regum Qeon, who they bested with 13-5 on Ascent and 13-11 on Breeze. However, it is worth noting that RRQ haven’t been playing well.
You can’t blame EDG for beating a weaker team, as they can only defeat whoever stands in front of them. However, the victory over RRQ proves very little, and until EDward Gaming show more, they will continue to be a team who’re not in the greatest of shape.
