Suarez opened the scoring against Columbus Crew but they couldn’t go on with the job, Lionel Messi seeing a late header saved in a 2-2 draw.
Guillermo Hoyos’ side began the Leagues Cup with a 4-2 win against Atletico San Lui, Messi scoring twice.
Miami have been rocked following the death of Messi’s father. The superstar was absent in a 2-1 defeat against Monterrey and came off the bench in a 3-2 loss to Leon.

Nashville are missing midfielder Patrick Yazbek who is dealing with a hamstring injury.
Miami centre-backs Gonzalo Lujan and Maximiliano Falcon remain out with calf injuries. Micael went off in the first half against Leon to add to their issues in central defence.
