Al Faisaly have scored five goals in two games, Alexandre Mendy netting four of those. I don’t trust Al Nassr to keep a clean sheet on the road, BTTS my best bet in Saudi Arabia.

Mendy on Fire


Al Faisaly failed to win in their opening seven Pro League games after earning promotion. They snapped the streak with a 3-2 victory over Al Kholood thanks to Alexandre Mendy’s hat-trick.

Mendy scored a late equaliser in a 2-2 draw at Al Shabab last time out. The striker now has five goals in 10 appearances this season.

Road Woes for Al Nassr


Al Nassr went on a poor run of form in September, their fragile defence one of the reasons why. The run ended with a 4-0 defeat at Al Ain in the AFC Champions League.

Ange Postecoglou’s side returned home where they have now won their previous seven games. Cristiano Ronaldo opened the scoring in a 3-0 win over Al Diriyah and found the net again as Al Nassr beat Neftchi Fargona 3-1 in the Champions League.

The Saudi side are coming off a 1-0 win against Neom. Ronaldo failed to convert a penalty before Joao Felix found the net, Al Nassr ending with 2.78-0.42 xG.

Verdict

Al Nassr are short priced favourites here but they haven’t won in their previous three road games. I am steering clear of the win market and backing goals in the Pro League.
