Brentford are formidable at home and rarely lose at the Gtech, presenting a tough challenge for Tottenham, who aim to continue their unbeaten run into the new Premier League season. The analysis suggests value in predicting a draw, particularly at odds of 3.75, with a specific wager on a 1-1 scoreline at odds of 8. The recommended approach is to back the draw with 3 units and a smaller bet on the 1-1 result with 1 unit.

H2H

Tottenham have a 28-7 advantage against Brentford, alongside 17 draws.

Brentford Competitive at the Gtech

Keith Andrews’ Brentford impressed at home last season and lost just three of their 19 games at the Gtech. The west Londoners drew eight home league games in 2025/26.

The Bees drew their final two Premier League matches last term. They held Crystal Palace to a 2-2 home draw and played out a 1-1 stalemate at Liverpool.

Brentford won both of their pre-season friendlies and comfortably beat Rennes 4-2 away in early August.

Andrews’ team followed that victory with a commanding 7-0 home win against Eintracht Frankfurt. Brentford had 3.66 XG and Kevin Schade, Mamadou Sangare, Igor Thiago, Dango Ouattara and Keane Lewis-Potter scored.

New Look Tottenham Improving With De Zerbi

Tottenham have bolstered their squad ahead of the new Premier League season. Spurs have signed several quality players, including Sandro Tonali, Jan Paul van Hecke, and Savinho.

The north London outfit have improved since Roberto De Zerbi’s appointment in April. Tottenham are undefeated in 12 of their 14 matches in all competitions under the Italian coach.

Spurs were unbeaten in seven pre-season friendlies and drew three. They also drew two of their final three friendlies, including a 1-1 stalemate with Getafe.

De Zerbi’s side ended pre-season with a 2-2 draw against Hoffenheim. Ben Davies and Luca Williams-Barnett scored and Tottenham faced six shots on target.

Predicted Starting Lineups & Team News

Brentford (4-2-3-1): Caoimhin Kelleher; Michael Kayode, Kristoffer Ajer, Nathan Collins, Keane Lewis-Potter; Mamadou Sangare, Vitaly Janelt; Dango Ouattara, Mathias Jensen, Kevin Schade; Igor Thiago

Tottenham (4-2-3-1): Antonin Kinsky; Archie Gray, Jan Paul van Hecke, Marco Senesi, Andy Robertson; Mateus Fernandes, Sandro Tonali; Mikey Moore, Conor Gallagher, Mathys Tel; Richarlison

Defenders Destiny Udogie and Micky van de Ven and striker Dominic Solanke are injury doubts.
