The Saints opened the season with a defeat, but were far from disgraced by a 31-30 overtime loss in Detroit.

They rebounded from that a week later as they downed the Ravens in Baltimore, 24-17, but they have now won since.

New Orleans kicked off a run of three straight home games with a 35-27 defeat at the hands of Las Vegas.

The Saints then fell 45-24 to division rivals Atlanta, before losing 23-13 when they hosted Minnesota last weekend.

New York go into this matchup on a three-game unbeaten run that has improved their record to 3-1-1.

The Giants made a dream start to the season as they knocked off division rivals Dallas at home, winning 28-20.

They failed to follow that up as they lost 28-6 at the Los Angeles Rams, but they issued a solid response in the form of back-to-back wins.

New York rebounded with a 12-7 win at home to Tennessee, before downing Arizona 36-24.

The Giants failed to make it three-in-a-row last weekend, but they did keep their unbeaten run going with a 27-27 tie at Washington.
