Arizona State make the long trip to London looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the season.

The Sun Devils kicked off the campaign with a 70-7 blowout of Morgan State at home, but faced a much tougher challenge last weekend.

They visited Texas A&M for their opening road game of 2026, and they were right in the game as they trailed by just four points heading into the final quarter.

However, Arizona State’s chances of pulling off an upset went up in smoke as they collapsed in the fourth.

The Sun Devils gave up 24 unanswered points – including two pick sixes - as they lost 48-20 to the Aggies.

Kansas Also Split First Two Games Of Season

Kansas head to Wembley Stadium also seeking an immediate response to their first loss of the campaign.

The Jayhawks cruised to a 51-6 victory when they hosted LIU on opening night, but faced a significant step up in quality for their second outing of 2026.

They played host to a ranked Missouri team, and fell to a 38-21 defeat at the hands of the Tigers.

Kansas twice took the lead in the second quarter in that one, and they were locked at 14-14 heading into half-time.

However, the Jayhawks were unable to keep up with Missouri after the break, as they were out-scored 24-7 across the final two quarters.

Arizona State v Kansas - Union Jack Classic

Arizona State’s fourth quarter collapse was ugly, but we are leaning on what we saw through the first three quarters in College Station.

Cutter Bolley and the offense look sharp and the defense was making plays – a repeat of that here can see them leave London with the dub.
